Refund & Returns Policy — MixerClover

We want you happy with your gear. If something's not right, here's exactly how returns work – no hoops, no runaround.

Changed your mind? Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it – for any reason. Just email mixer.cloverbiz@gmail.com with your order number.

Once you've let us know, you have 14 days to send the item back. It needs to be unused, in resaleable condition and in its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage — we recommend a tracked service so it doesn't go missing.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described? That's on us. If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault, you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — and we'll cover the return postage. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement, your choice.

Your refund Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, we refund the price of the item plus standard delivery (we don't refund any extra you paid for faster shipping).

How to start a return Email mixer.cloverbiz@gmail.com with your order number, what you're returning, and the reason (plus a photo if it's faulty). We'll reply with the return address and next steps.
